1.Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Cactus Orbit Studios LLC ("Cactus Orbit Studios", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit starfallhighnoon.com (the "Site") or play STARFALL HIGH NOON (the "Game"). By using the Site or the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2.Information we collect
- Account information — the email address you provide to our newsletter signup form, and your consent to receive pre-release communications.
- Usage data — pages visited, time spent, browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, and the address of the referring website. This data is collected automatically and is not linked to your identity beyond your IP address.
- In-game telemetry — after launch, the Game may collect crash reports, performance metrics, and anonymous gameplay statistics to help us fix bugs and balance the Game.
- Correspondence — content of any messages you send us, including support and press inquiries.
3.How we use information
We use collected information to: operate and maintain the Site and the Game; send pre-release news, beta invitations, and product updates you have asked for; improve performance, content, and user experience; diagnose technical problems; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose that conflicts with this policy without notice.
4.Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses a small number of first-party cookies, including a cookie that records your consent choice for the Site's cookie notice. Analytics tools may set cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the Site will remain usable with reduced personalization.

The Site and the Game are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Information collected through the Site may be processed in the United States. By using the Site or the Game from other regions, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, and processed in, the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site before they take effect.
