Trademark Notice

1.Our marks

The following words, names, and devices are trademarks, trade names, and/or logos of Cactus Orbit Studios LLC, and may be registered in the United States and in other jurisdictions. All rights reserved:

• STARFALL HIGH NOON — word mark and stylized logotype, used to identify the video game and related content.
• CACTUS ORBIT STUDIOS — word mark identifying the developer and its works.
• The Cactus-Orbit device — the stylized cactus-in-orbit mark used as the studio's logo and as a favicon-like device on the Site.
• STAR RANGER, B-6, DUKE SKARN, VERACRUZ PRIME, KILN FLATS, GHUL'KHAR — character, product, and place names used in connection with the Game.

2.How you may use our marks

Personal, non-commercial references to the Game (such as "I'm playing Starfall High Noon") are fine and encouraged. You may not use any mark to identify goods or services of your own, to name a product, domain, or channel in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement by Cactus Orbit Studios, or in any manner that dilutes, disparages, or confuses consumers as to the source of the Game.

3.Third-party marks

STEAM and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos referenced on the Site or in the Game are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, Cactus Orbit Studios.

4.Fair use and prior rights

Nothing on this page is intended to diminish any prior or continuing rights that third parties may have in any mark. If you believe your mark is being used in a manner that conflicts with your rights, please contact us so we can resolve the matter amicably.
